I am confident that, over the last 10 days, you have seen much in

Britain that is of interest to you. I hope you will draw on our

experience and develop the contacts you have made. Please come back

to us if you want to see more or to explore other aspects of nuclear

safety. We will be delighted to welcome you. I understand you

talked to the British Council and they outlined the possibilities of

academic and industrial training under schemes administered by your

own State Education Commission. When you have had time to rest

after your visit, we hope, through our Embassy in Beijing, to

reflect with you on how best to take matters forward. In the

meantime, it just remains for me to thank you all most warmly for

coming to Britain and to say that we hope very much to see you

again.
