am copying it to the authors of the afternoon session briefs (Soviet

Department, ACDD, Defence Department, SCD and WED) in particular to draw to their attention the need to emphasise important points to make by underlining them. We have been in touch separately with some departments about other changes which the Secretary of State

requires.
