MINISTERIAL VISITS SCHEDULE
1. Please find attached the schedule of Ministerial visits
It is to/from countries in your geographical area. corrected to 30 June on information received in Protocol Department. I should be grateful if you would arrange for desk officers to bring the schedule up to date and return it by 8 July. Visits completed before 30 June need not be included. Please ensure that amendments are legible (ie typed or in block capitals).
2. All inward and outward visits by Heads of Government and Ministers, outward visits by the Lord Mayor of London and inward visits by members of foreign Royal Families should be included. (Royal visits overseas will be dealt with by Protocol Department). Firm visits should be listed irrespective of timescales but agreed visits should be
