The CRC met most recently on 25 April. In the past I have always summarised the discussions for you. It seems to me, however, that I might just as well send you the formal minutes of the meeting, (not least to save myself a little time!).

I therefore enclose a copy. I have already sent the economic reports to you and Peking, (my letter of 27 April to Anthony Layden). Please let me know if you think it would be useful for you to see the other reports which were discussed.
