FISHERIES PROTECTION (AMENDMENT)

5. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) in subsection (1)(c) by deleting "the Colony" and substituting the

following

"Hong Kong"; and

(b) in subsection (2) by deleting "five thousand dollars" and sub-

stituting the following-

"$10,000".

Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended

(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "fisheries" in the first place where it

occurs and substituting the following-

"authorized"; and

(b) in subsection (2) by deleting "fisheries" and substituting the

following-

"authorized".

7. Section 6(2) of the principal Ordinance is amended--

(a) by deleting "officer authorized by him in writing in that behalf"

and substituting the following—

"authorized officer"; and

(b) by deleting "of the Colony".

8. Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "fisheries" in the first place where it occurs and substituting the following

"authorized".

9. Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of "a research" and substituting the following-

section 9.

"an authorized".
