Traffic in Shiu Fai Terrace is already congested before and after office hours.
Large number of school-buses, private cars etc., are parked along the road before and after school which aggravates the congestion problem in Shiu Pai Terrace.
Increased traffic poses as a menace to the safety of the students in the neighbouring schools.

Noise and air pollution is going to be a serious problem during the construction period.
5.
Landslide in the 70's on the spot of the present construction site render it dangerous for any further constructions.
