The proposed works involve the construction of an elevated access

road ever Crown land leading from Shiu Fai Terrace to Inland Lot No. 2071

cection È as shown coloured pink on Plan No. MR 2411.

The proposed works are to provide a proper vehicular access in

connection with the proposed redevelopment of Inland Lot No. 2071 section 3.

The proposed works are to be carried out by the registered owner

of Inland Lot No. 2071 section 3 at his expense and in conjunction with the

proposed redevelopment of the lot. The disturbance to the existing footpaths

under the proposed elevated access road will be kept to a minimum.

Existing services and utilities such as gas mains, water mains,

electric cables and ducts, redifusion cables and ducts and telephone cables

and ducts lying within the limits of the works area shown on the Flan or

adjacent thereto, may require removal or repositioning in the course of

carrying out the said works. Further notices, setting out the manner in

which such services end utilities will be removed or repositioned, will be

issued under section 20 of the above-mentioned Ordinance as und when

required.
