(Notice under s. 8(2))
Proposed elevated access road leading from Shiu Fai Terrace to Inland Lot No. 2071 section B, Hong Kong

Notice is hereby given that the Secretary for Lands and Works proposes to execute the road works as shown on l'lan No. HII 2411 and described in the scheme annexed thereto, which plan and scheme have been deposited in the Land
Office.

The general nature of the works is as follows :
The construction of an elevated access road leading
from Shiu Fai Terrace to Inland Lot No. 2071 section B
over the portion of Crown Land shown coloured pink on
Plan No. MH 2411.

The plan and scheme may be inspected by members of the public at the
Central and Western District Office, Central Enquiry Sub-Office, Central
Government Offices, West Wing, Main Entrance Lobby, Hong Kong; at the District
Lands Office, Hong Kong North, 12th Floor, Harbour Centre, Harbour Road, Hong
Kong; and at the Wanchai District Office, Tung Wah Mansion, Ground Floor, 201
Hennessy Road, Hong Kong during the following hours when those offices are
normally open to the public.
Opening hours except on public holidays :-
Monday to Friday
Saturday
9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
9 a.m. to 12 noon
Any person who wishes to object to the worka or the use, or both, 18
required to address his objection in writing to the Secretary for Lands and
Works, Murray Building, 20th Floor, Garden Road, Hong Kong so as to reach the office of the Secretary not later than the 17th day of September 1985, describing his interest and the manner in which he alleges he will be affected by the works or the use.
