40. The Schedule to the Prevention of Bribery

Ordinance is amended by deleting from item 27 "Limited" and

substituting the following

"Corporation".

Explanatory Memorandum

The main purpose of this Bill is to transfer the

ownership and operation of the recreational and educational

complex known as Ocean Park from Ocean Park Limited to a

statutory corporation established by the Bill.
