remain in or on Ocean Park in contravention of

any by-law made under this section, the recovery

of any costs incurred in respect of such removal,

storage and sale, and the forfeiture of the

proceeds of such sale; and

the better carrying out of the functions and

powers of the Corporation.

(2)

Any by-law made under this section may provide

that a contravention of specified provisions thereof shall

be an offence and may prescribe penalties therefor not

exceeding a fine of $2,000 and imprisonment for 3 months.

(3) Without prejudice to any Ordinance relating to

the prosecution of criminal offences or to the powers of

the Attorney General in relation to the prosecution of

criminal offences, prosecutions under any by-law made under

this section may be brought in the name of the Corporation.

(4) The Corporation shall cause printed copies of all

by-laws made under subsection (1) to be -

(a) prominently displayed in Ocean Park;

(b)

kept at its principal office; and
