(a)
constitutes a disturbance or interference with
public tranquillity; or
(b) causes a nuisance to any person,
commits an offence.
(2) Any person being the owner, tenant, occupier or
person in charge of any domestic premises who between the
hours prescribed for the purposes of this section, or at
any time on a general holiday, knowingly permits or suffers
noise which
(a)
constitutes a disturbance or interference with
pubic tranquillity; or
(b) causes a nuisance to any person,
to emanate from such domestic premises, commits an offence.

6. (1) Any person who at any time in any domestic
premises or public place keeps any animal or bird which, in
consequence of any noise made by that animal or bird
whether by reason of loudness, persistence, time of
occurrence, regular occurrence or otherwise
