Our client's 3-storey house stands on Lot No.3281 Sec.A. R.P. which is 150 ft. away from the Castle Peak Road. Lot No.3281 Sec.A.R.P. is coloured yellow on the Survey Plan: The other two pieces of land of our client namely Lot No.3279 Sec.C.s.s.2S.A. and Lot No.3280 Sec.B. s.s.2R. P. are coloured green on the Survey Plan. It is proposed by our client as a concession that the Govern- ment shall only resume Lot No.3279 Sec.C.s.s.2S.A. and Lot No.3280 Sec.B.s.s.2R.P. so that our client can still operate his business on Lot No.3281 Sec.A.R.P.. after the resumption.

We are looking forward to receiving an early reply from the Government.
