We act for Hui Kam Hing, the registered owner of three pieces of land, namely Lot No.3279 Sec.C.s.s. 2s.A, Lot No.3280 Sec.B.s.s.2R.P. and Lot No.3281 Sec.A.R.P. (hereinafter called the said lands). A copy of Conveyance on Sale dated 5th July 1975 showing the title of our client together with a Survey Plan is annexed hereto marked "A".
We are instructed by our client that the said lands are situated on one side of the Castle Peak Road. There is a road leading to Fairview Park on the other side of the Castle Peak Road.
We are further instructed by our client that the Government proposes to resume the said lands under the above road improvements scheme and in connection there- with we submit the following points for the consideration of the Government on behalf of our client:-

Our client built a 3-storey house on Lot No.3281 Sec.A.R.P. after he became the owner of the said lands. The house has a size of 700 sq.ft. for each storey.
The first and second floors are
used by his family of eight persons for domestic
purposes. The ground floor is the place where
he operates his business under the name and style

Our client also does building and decoration works for the residents in the area from time to time At present he has five employees.
