The objector is among one of the villagers in Objection no. 2 above. His additional requests were mainly related to compensation in the following terms:

(i)

a license for re-building of his late. father's house elsewhere;

a license and suitable Government land for re-building of his chicken shed and,

fair compensation for his chicken shed, well, fence, gate and crops,

etc.

Objection No. 8

Filed on "Fung Shui" grounds, the objection relates to the borrowing of fill materials at Wai Tsai because the activity would require removal of an ancestral grave. The objectors insist that their ancestors' grave, claimed to be 500 years old, should be preserved.

The New Territories Circular Road is designed as a high capacity trunk road with no frontage access and will have an ultimate dual-3 lane carriageway.
