answer, has the Government conducted any random
checks to see if schools are in general following the advice on
the teacher-student ratios for outdoor activities?

DR. HO: Sir, are the schools required as a general policy to
take out accident

insurance policies in respect of students
in outdoor or extra-curricular activities? If
not, why not? But if So, then what financial assistance is
given to these schools?

Government-assisted schools are assisted by the Government but
the assistance is not specified as being for this purpose.
