Para 51, last line

The figure "HK$10 million" should read "HK$10 billion". Source is para. 66 of the Governor's published Address to Legislative Council on 7 October 1987. Please amend and clarify with Hong Kong if this is a mistake in their submission.

Para 8, 2nd line

It appears that "new Territories" should read "New Territories" for obvious reasons.

One or two pages between Para 22 and Para 26 are missing from the photocopy which you sent us. We have the page with para 22 up to "i.e. the most senior" and the page beginning "Independent Commission Against Corruption

but not those in between. Kindly
