There is a possibility that we may arrange a meeting between the Prime Minister and Mr. Li Ka-shing of Hutchison Whampoa who will be in London on 21-23 July. This will be a purely party matter, but I understand that last time Mr. Li Ka-shing was invited

to No.10 you had certain reservations. Could you please let me know if you see any problems with this meeting.
