Thank you very much for your thorough letter

of 17 April. I am inclined to agree with you that for

the time being we should concentrate on trying to

identify suitable premises (or sites). To be sure

that our assessment of the possibilities will be sound,

we are first putting together here a fuller picture

of the requirements that our buildings will have to

meet. I think it may therefore be a month or two

before we come back to you on this.
