Mohammed Hashim Shamsudin.
(2) Particulars of the said Lorrain Esme Osman and
Mohammed Hashim Shamsudin persons whose return
is requested.
(3) Particulars of the facts upon which they are
accused.
(4) Particulars of the law under which they are
accused.
(5) Two affidavits of Anthony Edmund Robey setting
out evidence sufficient to justify the issue
of a warrant for their arrest under section 6
of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967.
