(4) they have not been convicted or acquitted in
Hong Kong in respect of any of the offences of
which they are now accused not have they
received a pardon therefore;
(5) provision is made by the law of Hong Kong,
s. 4 of the Fugitive Offenders (Hong Kong)
Order 1967 that they will not, unless they
have first been restored or had an opoortunity
of returning the United Kingdom be dealt with
in Hong Kong in respect of any offence
committed before their return under the
Fugitive Offenders Act 1967 other than -
(a) the offence or offences in respect of
which their returns under the Fugitive
Offenders Act 1967 as requested;
(b) any lesser offence proved by the facts
proved before the Court of Committal; or
(c) any other offence being a relevant offence
