issue a travel document which would facilitate his evasion of court
proceedings outstanding against him in that country.
10-year passport, which remains valid until 1990, is in the hands of
the Magistrates Court in Hong Kong where he was due to appear in 1981
to face several charges. He jumped bail and I understand that he
travelled from Hong Kong to Taiwan on a Spanish passport belonging to
someone else.
