Assistant Director of Immigration, Steven Kuo Ket-Chen. the short delays experienced in issuance of visas for the two Ministers recently visiting the UK. Agreed to repeat to HKI telexes to LO requesting expedition of visas in similar cases.
will not be deported from Hong Kong when he has served his sentence (about 6 months from now), but will not be permitted to stay very long! I told him that
would probably try to obtain free passage to the UK, but his mother had already informed F Voightmann that she would send money for his ticket.
