(b) between the Territory and any of the Channel Islands

or the Isle of Man, on and after the date on which

the Convention is extended to that Channel Island or

the Isle of Man, as the case may be;

(c) in any other case, on and after the later of the

following dates:-

(i)

the date on which this section comes into force;

(ii) the date of the coming into force of the

Convention as between the United Kingdom and the

State concerned as specified in an order in Council

under this section as it applies in the United

Kingdom.

14. (1) Subject to subsection (2) below, the functions under

the Convention of a Central Authority shall be discharged by

the officer specified, in column 2 of Schedule 1 to this

Order, opposite to the name of the Territory (hereinafter

referred to as "the Central Authority").

(2) Any application made under the Convention by or on

behalf of a person outside the Territory may be addressed to

the Central Authority in the Territory.

15. (1) Articles 7 and 12 of the Convention shall have effect

in accordance with this section.
