stemming from the new Law on the Rights and Freedoms of Foreigners. In the case of the FRG, I am told that the Auswaertiges Amt has indicated its support for abolition. The matter is now being discussed in a working group of Moselle countries, which I imagine rather parallels your own Nordic Working Group.
