necessary for the discharge of its

functions under this Ordinance.

12. Any person who

Offences relating to the

Tribunal.

(a)

-

refuses or fails to comply with any lawful order,

requirement or direction of the Tribunal or of a

presiding magistrate; or

(b) disturbs or otherwise interferes with the

proceedings of the Tribunal,

commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $10,000 and

to imprisonment for 6 months.

PART III

CLASSIFICATION OF ARTICLES BY THE TRIBUNAL

13. (1) The printer, manufacturer, publisher,

importer or distributor of any article may, by application

in the prescribed form, submit that article to the

Registrar for classification by the Tribunal.
