There are today 8,404 refugees in Hong Kong's refugee camps. Thirty seven per cent of them are young children, and most of them have already been waiting here for more than three years. So much life, energy and talent is being wasted.

We urge you to take whatever steps you can to end the waiting and frustration of the refugees, to enable them to begin living to the full once again.
