RESETTLEMENT IN JAPAN
After much delay owing to other commitments, for which I apologise, I have now summoned the Japanese Minister, Mr Seki, to call on 8 July to talk about the settlement of Vietnamese refugees in Japan.
2. I propose to base myself on the speaking note attached to your submission of 7 May. If there is any up-dating, please let me have it by the morning of 8 July.
