Hei Ling Closed Centre
This camp situated at Hei Ling Chau Island was opened on September 1983 to provide room for 2 500 VR3 arriving after the implementation of the Closed Centre Policy.
It is managed by a Superintendent of Correctional Services Department assisted by a Chief Officer and a body of supporting staff.
The camp has all the facilities of Chi Ma Wan There are 12 including a pedical clinic and sick-bay. dornitories and two service centres which will be used as
interview dining hall and room for educational activities, roons and so on.
