The Royal Thai Government will close K.I.D. at the end of December 1986 and the transfers of Kampucheans from K.I.D. will be, according to groupings, as follows:
Group 1
who new Kampuchean arrivals of about 1,000, arrived in K.I.D. after the last survey and
