This year's meeting will take place on Monday, 3

November 1986 at 3:00 p.m. in Conference Room H-3

at the Palais des Nations. A delegation of the

Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam,

headed by H.E. Mr. Hoang Bich Son. Vice-Minister

for Foreign Affairs, will attend the meeting.

Given the difficulties that have confronted the

Programme since the beginning of this year which

have resulted in a marked decrease in the number

of departures, the consultations foreseen for 3

November are of particular importance.
