In preparation for this meeting, the High Commissioner would like to enable those members of the Committee who have specific questions to meet with colleagues specialized in various UNHCR activities. It gives me pleasure, therefore, to invite your Permanent Mission to be represented at the "open- house" meeting to be held on 5 June in Conference Room 107/111 of the Centre William Rappard. The meeting will start at 10.00 a.m. and it is foreseen that it will last all day.
In order to derive maximum benefit from this Meeting, I world be grateful if you could inform the UNHCR Secretariat, in writing or by telephone (31.02.61 ext. 2747 or 2806), by 20 May at the latest, of any issues which the representative of your Mission may wish to raise. The complete list of topics and timetable for the meeting will be forwarded to you shortly thereafter.
