If the scheme is authorized to proceed, a press release will be issued to announce Members decision. Publicity will be given to the project as it progresses.

Members will be asked to advise whether

the objection to the scheme insofar as it cannot be met, should be rejected;

under section 11(3) of the Roads (Works, Use and Compensation) Ordinance (Chapter 370), the plan, scheme and objection should be referred to the Town Planning Board (paragraph 19(c));

under section 11(2)(b) of the Roads (Works, Use and Compensation) Ordinance (Chapter 370), the Governor in Council should authorize the works and the use as described in Annex A subject to the conditions set out in paragraph 11.
