The issues raised by the objectors are:

clearance of residential and commercial squatters at Cha Kwo Ling Village (Objection Serial No. 1);

(b) siting of a proposed pedestrian footbridge close to Pine Mansion, Tai Koo Shing, results in a loss of privacy (Objections Serial No.2);

concrete mixing plant, batching or other construction operations in works areas close to Taikoo Shing may cause disturbance (Objection Serial No. 2);
