Preventive and remedial measures on land and buidings adjacent to the Tin Hau Temple in Cha Kwo Ling Village will be required during the course of the works. This is necessary to stabilise the slope behind the Temple and to protect the Temple and the remaining structures from the effects of the construction works. Notices setting out the purpose and nature of such operations will
will be issued under section 19 of the Ordinance as, and when, required.
