This Agreement shall come into force with effect from 1st April 1978 and shall continue in force until terminated by 12 months' notice in writing given by either party to the other.
9.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws for the time being in force in the Crown Colony of Hong Kong.
10.
For the avoidance of doubt reference to the Railway or the Mass Transit Railway in this Agreement shall include each and every part of the said Railway system.
