Under section 11(5), the Governor in Council may, after the expiry of 28 days from the date of service of this notice upon you, amend the plans and scheme already considered and authorize the works and use in accordance with the amended plans and scheme. Any representations regarding the proposed amendment should therefore be addressed in writing to the Secretary for Lands and Works, Murray Building, 20th Floor, Garden Road, Hong Kong so as to reach the office of the Secretary not later than 22nd

day of May 1986.
