NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT UNDER SECTION 11(5)
Pursuant to section 11(5) of the above Ordinance, notice is hereby given that the Secretary for Lands & Works proposes to recommend to the Governor in Council to amend the plans and scheme already considered and referred to in G.N. 114 and G.N. 2230 published on 11th January 1985 and 12th July 1985 respectively. The proposed amendments are shown en Plan No. NH 6155 and Plan No. YLPR 38 and described in the scheme annexed thereto.
The general nature of the amendment is as follows
Under the scheme already considered temporary easement was created over the land therein described and shown en the plans annexed there to for 3 years for use as a works area. It is now proposed that such land be resumed under section 13 for the purposes of or incidental to the works or the use.
The plans and scheme may be inspected at the Central and Western District Office, Central Enquiry Sub-Office, Central Government Offices, West Wing, Main Entrance Lobby; at the Yuen Long District Lands Office, 9th floor, 2 Kiu Kok Square, Yuen Long, New Territories; and at the Yuen Long District Office, Enquiry Office, Main Entrance Lobby, Yuen Long, New Territories during the following hours when those offices are normally open to the public.

9 a.m. to 12 noon
