will make the breaking into the said premises much more
easier.
The 2nd floor of Wing On House is connected with Hang
Seng Bank Building. The footbridge when constructed
will therefore create and increase the security
problems both to our client's premises in Wing On House
and Hang Seng Bank Building.
The value of our client's premises in Wing On House as
well as their rental value will be adversely affected.
In the light of the aforesaid, we shall be obliged if
you will kindly reconsider your proposal to execute the road
works abovementioned.
