The right to request compensation will be forfeited if the

All litigation concerning third party nuclear liability
arising from nuclear damage caused by [ɛ] nuclear accident

occurring within the territory of the People's Republic of
China must, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of
the People's Republic of China, be submitted to [è] people's
court that has jurisdiction with respect to the place of
occurrence of such nuclear incident for acceptance for
hearing.
