the safety aspects of the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant has caused grave concern among the people of Hong Kong. We have the benefit of the Xinhua News Agency (Hong Kong Branch) which provides us with abundant information, and keeps us well informed of the
concern and worries of the people of Hong Kong. Consequently our Government leaders pay close attention to this, and take the view that the concerns of the Hong Kong people about the safety of the Daya Bay Plant is understandable. To allay the fears and doubts of the people of Hong Kong, not only
