Plant Management and Training

to provide for HKNIC's participation in the management of the Daya Bay plant for the life span of the plant;

to develop a a system of regular inspection and maintenance for the Daya Bay nuclear power plant to secure operational quality assurance; (Ref : 2.3.43-46)

to institute regular training and retraining to heighten the operating crew's awareness of safety and preparedness for responding to emergencies (in the case of USA, operators are required to attend a week of simulator room retraining for every 4 to 6 weeks of normal work); (Ref: 2.3.40-42; 3.2.8)

to make use of the IAEA Operational Safety Review Teams (OSART) visits to Daya Bay after
