the design details of the new I.D. Card; and

to explain the amendments proposed to the Immigration and Registration of Persons Ordinances to give effect to the agreements reached in the BN (0) package.

Mrs. R. Ip (PAS (S) D1), J. Mathews (Crown Solicitor) and either a representative from the Peking Embassy (if in Peking) or from PA's Office (if in Hong Kong) & interpreter.

to prepare speaking notes explaining amendments to ROP and Imm. Ordinances;
