I would be grateful if coffee, tea and biscuits for 15 people could be delivered to the Whitehall conference room ante-room (WH239) by 10.30am on 22, 24 and 25 July and by 10.00am on 23 July (the Royal Wedding arrangements are forcing us into an 8.30 start that day). It will not be necessary for anyone to assist serving the refreshments.

Considering the early start on 23 July, would it be possible to provide something more substantial than biscuits that day sandwiches perhaps?
