VISIT OF DIRECTOR OF HONG KONG BRANCH OF NCNA TO UK

Cha Chi Ming has tipped off David Akers-Jones that Xu Jiatun intends to go to Europe in May. He will visit Switzerland, UK and France. He will be in

the UK from 10-17 May. Exait purpose not statt.

Cha told David that Xu would be accompanied by his wife, two NCNA staff and possibly Cha himself. David indicated that we would be happy to help with programme items in the UK if Xu so wished.

The foregoing was given in strict confidence and both substance and source should be protected for the time being. But the information may help you to lay some very preliminary plans.
