all that was said and consider very carefully whether any

amendment to the Order was necessary before resubmitting

it to Parliament for approval. Following the debates the

Home Office sought further background information on the

ethnic minorities demands and this i s still being

evaluated.

No decision has yet been reached and there

the matter stands for the moment.
