disciplines, In realism, however, this could not be immediate. The important thing at this point was the signals. Hong Kong meanwhile resented the US attempt to pick off, or indeed bludgeon, the Asian producers in advance.

been tried before the hostilities. He took the

point.

I admitted gladly that the UK could have done more to cultivate its relationship with Latin America generally in the 1970's. That was now however rectified. Igelaias said that Baroness Young had been doing sterling work.
