ANSWER:
My Honourable friend paid a brief visit to Hong Kong on 23 and 24 January following his visit to China between 18 and 23 January. During his stopover in Hong Kong he held useful discussions with the Governor, the Executive Council and the Unofficial members of the Executive and Legislative Councils.
