Domestic exports to China accounted for 12% of

Hong Kong's domestic exports in the second quarter of

1986, compared with 11% in the preceding quarter and 13%

in the second quarter of 1985. China remained the largest

market for Hong Kong's re-exports, accounting for 33% of

the total. This was little changed from the previous quarter but was substantially lower than in the second quarter of last year, when it was 47%.
