Law will conduct two
major questionnaire surveys among the Catholics in 1987 and 1989 to seek their views on the Basic Law.
(report) BLCC member Zee Sze-yong: The HK Government does not have a policy on the develop- ment of technology. This will be rectified in the Basic Law.
(report) BLDC member Martin Lee: The draft Basic Law structure does not cover the
relationship between the Chinese Communist Party and the HK SAR. This should be discussed at the meeting of BLDC special groups.
(report) BLDC member Maria Tam: Under the existing laws in HK, Communist Party cannot
register here and therefore it cannot acquire any legal status.
