(HK Commercial Daily): No political system was faultless. The prosperity and stability was the prime consideration when deciding which political system should be adopted.
Legco Unofficials Szeto Wah, Daniel Tse and Lee Yu-tai: Opposed to a proposal to increase the number of Officials in Legco. Legco did not have the authority to increase the number of Legco seats and the subject should be considered in next years' political review.
